Very central location with good transport links and a lot to do things. Shower screen faulty keep coming out of the runner could fall on person. Toilet bottom thick layer of yellow substance and stains on sofa. Very expensive bar menu.

We enjoyed this hotel. One significant issue -- the wifi is awful. It would suddenly drop out with no service. They kindly moved us to a room just above their server which helped slightly.

Couldn’t ask for more from a hotel. Room was perfect (corner suite with terrace) comfortable and exceptionally clean, lovely toiletries, good stock of coffee, tea, water etc. The team very friendly and so very helpful and breakfasts were fabulous. Excellent location in a quieter area but within walking distance of all sights. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We traveled 2 adults and one teenager and stayed in a triple room. Everyone from reception to cleaning services to waiters , all staff were exceptional, kind , helpful and friendly. Room was specious , plenty of room to hang and store items/ x clothes . Water bottles , coffee , tea was a great plus. Beds were comfy and temp controlled. Breakfast was just delicious, fresh made, re plenished and varied a bit in the 3 days we were there. We walked everywhere , no public transportation needed. Plenty of dining options around. Absolutely loved it, definitely a place to stay in Budapest, and we will strongly recommended !

I would recommend not choosing the single rooms with balcony. The room is a bit claustrophobic and the a/c wasn’t working in the winter. They did offer me to change room and removed a room service charge for breakfast as a gesture of good will.
