It was really our pleasure to stay in this hotel. Everything was absolutely amazing and beautiful!Rooms are clean, workers are decent and the island is so beautiful. We will going to see you again soonest as we can!
After being compensated for the hiccup at the sister hotel, we had been given an executive suite in this hotel. Located on the 8th floor, it had a living room and a separate bedroom. The hotel put 3 extra beds into the living room for three of the kids, and the crib for the baby went into our sleeping room. The living room has a separate toilet with sink, whereas the master bathroom with separate shower and tub is en-suite to the bedroom. The balcony opens from the living room only, but offers nice view over the Danube. The rooms are very clean and quiet, furniture is in good state, and there are plenty of cups, glasses, and towels to keep a family of 6 happy. The rooms on the 8th and 9th floor can have breakfast on the 9th floor overlooking the island, offering some scenic views. This breakfast venue, however, is not for large families - couples with a kid, maybe 2, no problem, but 3 kids and one toddler - too stressful. Not everything that is offered on the ground floor can be found there either, and vice versa - we tried once anyway, and food wise were not disappointed. Breakfast on the ground floor offers a broad variety of everything, and you will not leave this place hungry. The spa is one of the main assets there - the pools are large, kids will enjoy them very much. There is also a steam bath, and for those who like it hotter, two saunas (women, men) offer further relaxation. Overall, if you want to have a peaceful holiday on Margaret Island, this hotel can be recommended without hesitation.
Hotel and staff were exellent. Spa facilities were first class. Food was good although we didn’t have any breakfast. Once the main entrance is finished this hotel is worth staying in. You are on the island and so you need to be able to walk or be prepared to take a taxi.
I arrived in the afternoon of Dec 25 expecting a nice stay. The temperature in the room was at least in the high 80s (Fahrenheit) if not 90s. There is no way to turn down the heat, even the walls and floor are warm. They took me to a new room that had an AC unit in it, but it didn't work. I thought I would give them a chance and came back a few hours later. It was super hot even at 10 PM. I wasn't the only one complaining; people at the front desk were begging the manager to do something about it. I left the hotel and although they didn't charge me, they were not nice about it.
leakage of water from the bathroom to the corridor (Premium room) with a carpet was not nice, please have a look at it we were surprised the spa pools were not clean, there was some stuff floating in water (37-38 Celsius pool) on the other hand we enjoyed the excellent location and very good services :-)

Overall a great hotel with very friendly staff. Room was clean apart from a dusty lampshade. We had a nice view over the Danube. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection for every appetite. Nice location surrounded by nature. Great for jogging and sport. The spa was great although we missed a mixed sauna as a couple.
This hotel has quiet location on Danube island and could be ideal high class hotel, what it was, in the moment when it was built, years ago. Today, only its position and wellness facilities, including professional staff, are its advantages.
As if visited by a ask. Very well rested. Quiet, warm, cozy. Perl! Beautiful views on the river and a Park with huge lawns. Near bus stop and access to downtown - no problem, everything is available. The SPA is very pleasant: you can swim and bask and sleep right here on the lounger. The staff is helpful and kind, will always find an answer to your question. Very pleased with the hotel.
