The hotel is in a great location and is very nice! Great price!

Hotel was fine. Amenities were decent. Twin duvets on a queen bed feels like two twin beds, so disappointing.

Great location and common areas. Very small rooms and slightly dated.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel - staff was terrific, hotel was very well appointed and in the best location - walking to everything. Only complaint was that my first dinner was not good - I ordered the chicken Caesar Salad that was very globby with lots of mayonaise and no Caesar in it - so I didn't eat dinner there again - but the included breakfast buffets were very good. No complaints~! I would recommend getting a room on the highest floor possible, as street noise was a bit loud.

I think I got a good rate on this hotel, so if it is more than $150, you may want to try elsewhere. However, the staff was really friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location was perfect.

Cab drivers know where this hotel is. It's located close to many local restaurants, bars, boutiques, a few museums and famous sites. It's also close to the Metro station and bus stops. Still, it manages to be in a quiet and safe place. The staff is helpful. The breakfast has a good enough selection but it is the same everyday. The double room we got was clean and comfortable but rather small like most hotels in Europe. It did not have a view but it was quiet and we rested well. I would come back here should I visit Budapest again.

The breakfast offering was elaborate and satisfying, even for a vegetarian like me. The twin beds and comforter were bit small for my height (I am 182 cm). However the rest of the experience was good.

I rated this hotel as all 1 stars because when we arrived at 6 pm we were informed our 2 prepaid, guaranteed for late arrival, non refundable rooms were not available as the hotel was overbooked. This hotel was located close to the Danube and sites we wanted to see but we were forced to stay at another hotel owned by Zara but about 4 miles from the Danube which took over an hour to find.

the breakfest was amazing! the room is new and clrean! the reception workers were so nice and helpful! very very recomended! and most important - the location is the best in budapest for sure! 100%! 5 stars ++++!

Nice hotel, accodating staff. Liked the location near the city market and a short distance from Liberty Bridge. Good value. Happy with our choice

Great staff! Beautiful city! The hotel is located right by Vaci Utca (the main shopping street in Budapest). The staff was always there to help.

It was a very good experience, starting with the polite staff and continuing with the cleanliness of the room. The location is excellent, almost everything is within walking distance (we left the car untouched). The complimentary breakast was very rich.

I had a pleasant, two-night stay at the Boutique Hotel Zara. My room was lovely, clean and just the right size for a solo traveler like me. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And the location is quite convenient for walking to great shopping, eating, and sight seeing destinations on the Buda and Pest sides of the city. Only complaint is the thickness of the walls -- or lack thereof. I could hear pretty much everything going on in the room next to mine (someone with a lot of phlegm, watching a movie).

Cute little boutique hotel 50 meters off the Vaci Street, 100 meters from the Danube's bank. Great design, friendly staff, good food.

I was only staying one night in Budapest, and had made my hotel reservations quite last minute. I was pleasantly surprised; the room was modern and clean and the staff was helpful at every point. I was very impressed.

Super hotel. Very good location. Nearby public transportation. Very good and helpful staff. Recommended !!!
