Ive stayed on vienna house several times in the last 15 years when it was Angelo hotel. Over the years the service is not the same, no room service and kitchen closes early. Also I paid the breakfast when booking and it opens to late in the morning when my flight was at 7am so I loss the money. Never again in this hotel. Not even water on the fridge.

Complimentary breakfast had a good variety of food items from cereals/granolas, eggs sausage bacon, variety of breads & juices. Our room was very clean and comfortable with TV & small fridge and not at all cramped.

Very good location if you are looking for near airport. Provides transportation from and to the airport. $10 to get in the center of Bucharest by taxi. Restaurant has a great menu and food its very good.
