On older property but location is stunning and price is right. Includes a full breakfast at a restaurant in the square. Manger is Said from Morocco who is great fun, speaks excellent English and really takes care of his guests. Our train had just left Paris when he called to ask me what time we would arrive and he provided directions. Said will take great care of you :-)
The view from the room of Grand Place was beautiful and so peaceful to sit at the window and relax. I was a little annoyed that we rushed to make sure we got there before 7:00 pm (before reception closed) only to get there to find that they left earlier than what was stated in the confirmation email. Also, the room I was told we would get (#22) was not the one we were given and that was from many email correspondence with the property.
First of all, I was god-smacked at how incredibly helpful and nice the front desk was. When I got into the room, I was extremely pleased. I booked a room with the Grand Place view and it was astounding!!!!! I am so glad that I booked this hotel!!!
Largest room we have had in Europe. Gorgeous veiw out the window. Awesome breakfast at their partner restaurant . Owner very nice carried our bags down and gave us directions to closer train station. WiFi worked with no issues. We arrived after front desk was closed and check in was still easy. When riding the elevator make sure you do not have anything near the door. If you trip the sensor the elevator will stop. Move any items and press the floor number again.
Location is perfect. We were satisfied with cleanliness and all accommodations. Staff was not very nice in the hotel as well as in the restorant across were we had breakfast (part of the hotel accommodation).
The hotel is great. Perfectly located. Great view. But it was 90 degrees outside and they have no AC. The room was probably upwards of 95. I’m sure in cooler weather it would be great. But not in the summer.
Incredible location, large room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Even a bidet in bathroom.

Le seul point positif de mon expérience au Quinze, c'est Lauir qui nous a accueilli a notre arrivé. Il a fait son possible pour nous aider. Par contre l'hôtel le Quinze est dans un état déplorable, sales, murs brisés, carreaux de vitres brisées avec des vieux papiers de plastiques qui étaient apparemment la depuis longtemps. Les tapis dans les aires communes très sales et déchirées. Pas de réception passé 19h juste un numéro de téléphone. Tout ça à fait que nous avons écourté notre séjour à Bruxelles. 2 Étoiles sont amplement suffisant.

Is true this day when you make check-in we left little bet earlier at 6.45PM, but we put your key with our colleagues in the restaurant. Concerning the room, normally we never guaranty the number of room because we have only 7 rooms with view Grand Place. Imagine only few moment if everybody want the room 22?? and the second reason is by reading your messages, and if i understood correctly!!, you asked after the room which has a poster with a tram on it. This is the reason why I put you at 41. Well! hoping that you will accept our apologies, thank you very much in advance. But we always try to do the best with our customers. Thank you.
