Very clean and pretty hotel. Room was perfect size. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the Aragon House (separate section) is next to a bar. The noise at night is not great. People coming out of the bar and/or into the hotel aren’t exactly courteous of people sleeping. Location in relation to the Grote Markt is very close though.

Really nice hotel with a great experience from check in to leaving. We’ve stayed at the hotel before but not since the refit. Check in was really quick and friendly, including the pre booked car space. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. Just wish they had changed the frosted glass bathroom doors as it can let too much light into the room during the night. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of hot and cold choices. The lounge area is lovely in the evening with a limited drinks range available from reception. The check out was done very quickly. It’s a lovely peaceful hotel with such friendly people working there. Whenever you walk past reception you always get a smile and an acknowledgement. Would stay again and thank you for a lovely stay yet again.

Ideally situated hotel in the centre of Bruges no more than a 5 minute walk from the market square. Myself and partner stayed in the annexe which is about a minute walk round the corner from the main building. Spacious enough room for a short stay and only 2 rooms on the floor we were on so no noise disturbances. Staff were very helpful and pleasant (specifically Esteè I believe? Who showed us all the tourist trap locations and helpfully booked us 2 reservations at really good restaurants). Breakfast was okay but nothing to rave about and the parking was awful (tiny little square with enough room for 4 or so cars where nobody parks with any consideration. Certainly not worth the €15 a night). Overall stay was good and would definitely recommend to others.

Visited as a family of four in two Comfort Rooms next to each other. Rooms very comfortable, clean and quiet. Excellent heating system. Hotel is down a quiet side street, so very little outside noise. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast amazing, with plenty of variety of both hot and cold food. Excellent orange juice! Hotel location us perfect. Approx €9 euro taxi ride from train station. Close to all attractions ( easily walkable ), with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Doesn't have a seperate bar, but drinks can be bought at reception and taken in the lounge area with comfortable seating.

Lovely hotel very clean although a smell of fish in the room was a little strange. Everything you need in the room. Hot shower . Hairdryer. Mini fridge. Safe deposit box.excellent choice for self service breakfast

My husband and I were staying at the Hotel Aragon for 3 nights recently. Hotel is very central. Staff were extremely helpful. Very impressed would recommend. Only slight problem was the twin beds pushed together with separate Duvets.

A short 8 Euro taxi ride from the railway station, gave us a great introduction to the old centre, which looked lovely. Arrived at our hotel and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the second floor. We had booked a double and was surprised to see two single beds pushed together but with single quilt covers! We queried this but was told that a double was indeed what we had been given. Other than this the room was a reasonable size, as was the bathroom and everything worked as it should, including very good free Wi-fi. Breakfasts were varied and good, though buffet. The location was 5 minutes to the market square, really great location.

A small hotel near the historic city center. clean rooms . comfort rooms are quite small but executive room are descent size. (got one night upgrade). a minibar in the room would have been nice and access to a computer would have been helpful. friendly and helpful staff.

We were pleasantly surprised to see how close the Hotel Aragon was to everything, and yet was still a quiet place to relax. The hotel appeared to be recently updated and the rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful in responding to every question and request, including offering a convenient and inexpensive alternative to the limited hotel parking. The hotel is a short walk from the Market and Burg squares, but is far enough away that traffic and noise were never an issue.

We have stayed here several times, both in the main hotel, the annexe just behind the hotel & lately the new apartments. There have not problems with heating in the main hotel but yes, in the annexe and when we stayed in the apartments, it was not that cold outside but we did notice that the heating unit didn't seem to work. Positively, the hotel is in a great location; the breakfast is excellent; the beds were very comfortable.
