When I arrived, even though I had prepaid they did not have a room assigned to me. I do not think the attendant knew how to get a room as I had to wait while he went somewhere else - 45 min later I was able to check-in which meant I did not get to my room until after midnight my room was dirty. It looked like the table in it had not been cleaned. There was sticky stuff all over it. I went to turn on the TV and there was no remote then in the morning I went down to catch the six am shuttle after only a couple hours of sleep, me and several others sat in the lobby waiting for the shuttle when it didn’t come at the assigned time, I went up and asked if the shuttle is just running late and was told, oh no the shuttle doesn’t come to this door. Even though he could clearly see there were six of us sitting in the lobby with luggage at 10 to 6 in the morning,You have to walk down the road to get it which meant I missed the shuttle and had to take the next one and at 71 years old I cannot run as fast as a 25-year-old through the airport to catch my flight. Needless to say I was very disappointed with this hotel.

The food at the restaurant was horrible for the dinner! A get the nuggets and the same potatoes we have for the breakfast. And everything was warmed by on the microwave! The all meal was very dry. I don’t even finish the plate. Sorry! I enjoyed the food next door at the restaurant at the Holiday Inn. Great food!

The room was very pleasant. Super comfortable beds! Very clean and quiet. I was not expecting shuttle to airport to be outside by the curb, no shelter. Their breakfast was delightful. 😊

Simple but comfy hotel. Selected hotel due to early shuttle availability as there is a shuttle at 4:40am to the airport. Bed and pillows were comfy, spacious room, with iron and drier. A restaurant for a quick meal . It is good for an overnight stay for an early flight. I think the shuttle is available only in the am and evening, please check.

Convenience to the airport via shuttle is misleading, waiting at the airport for a pickup after 12 hr flight, is hopeless, end up spending 20 eu on taxi. Hotel never responded to emails of schedule, making it unnecessarily stressful, better off catching train and staying central. There is no retail or food places in corporate estate. I paid 15 eu for what swear was a heated up frozen supermarket pizza, keep looking is my advice.
