I enjoyed my stay overall. When was supposed to leave I had a booked breakfast included in my hotel booking, I was supposed to leave early in order to catch my coach so I asked if o could get some rolls or something to go, I was told no I had to wait 25 minutes which means I would have missed my transport. I would like a refund for my missed breakfast.

The desk staff were great, they were extremely helpful. The room was overall very good and spacious, nicely decorated, but bathroom was a bit ‘tired’ (could need an update for the sink and shower). Parking was good. It was a bit hard to find the hotel though (as with many airport hotels). Breakfast was okayish.

I stayed at Thon for the first time after staying at a number of different hotels near Brussels Airport. I was originally put off by the overall rating but I’m very glad I read the negative reviews and booked anyway. In my experience (on check-in and check-out) the staff were friendly and professional. If you are looking for an airport shuttle then this hotel doesn’t provide that (as far as I’m aware). There is public transport The room I stayed in was very clean, the bed was really comfy and there was a new smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. In my experience these things are not as standard in most hotels near the airport. I would definitely stay again
