We stayed overnight here and we were very pleased at how nice this hotel was, the room was spotless and modern with a great bathroom, bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. Another great surprise was how cheap the bar prices were, English airport hotels should take note!! Excellent hotel.
Stayed on night only, chose NH Brussels airport as they have a free shuttle to BRU airport and the hotel is located very close to Diegem station. I had to catch an early AM flight the following morning and the hotel is a 5 min shuttle ride away. The rooms was large and nice. Restaurant was good but a bit expensive. Overall a true 4 star hotel. Room rate was approx. 110 Euros/night which was fair for the quality of the accommodation.
Whilst the area doesn't really have any tourist attractions, the hotel is less than one minute walk to the train station, which is well serviced. Alternatively, for users of the very large business park, this is a perfect location, within waling distance of Pegasus Park, etc. The room felt more like an apartment than a hotel room - very large. Wide selection of breakfast options - the evening menu is a little more limited. Good bar. Very friendly staff. I did have issues with electronic room key which was eventually sorted. I would happily stay again for business reasons.
Stayed one night in the NH Brussels Airport while travelling through Belgium on business. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. Staff are on the front desk helpful and friendly and the breakfast was fresh and well laid out.
Good hotel close to the airport and with surprising little aircraft noise. Good sized room, excellent breakfast, and good staff. It is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing to see or do in the immediate neighbourhood. A taxi is required to go anywhere, and it would appear that it costs €10 just to sit in a cab before going anywhere so this is an expensive business. I have to grumble about the wifi, however. The free wifi was good enough for email only, and after two nights of scrambled and dropped Skype calls and generally weak connectivity I decided to buy into the premium service, at €9.90 a day. To be honest, I could barely tell the difference and was deeply disappointed. I've had better wifi in Africa.
Hotel is very close to airport and ideally located. Nicely decorated hotel with variety of facilities. Breakfast is excellent and room are comparitatively spacious. was Flexible in checkout time and was ideal for Business travellers
The location of this hotel is very convenient to the airport and they offer a complimentary shuttle. The room was good sized, comfortable and functional. Also quiet considering the proximity to the airport. The bar/restaurant service was a little spotty, but acceptable. Wifi here is also spotty, and was out completely after a power outage on our day of departure. Was unable to get a receipt for the stay due to the power outage and was told they woud send via email, which has not been received.
The hotel itself is very clean, nice, hi-tech, tourist friendly (they speak fluent english), comfortable and in very good location. We came with a car and had free parking right in the entrance of the hotel, the train station is 10 meters from the hotel which is perfect for a visit in Brussles and saves the trouble of parking in the city and also is close to the airport so if you have a flight next day, its only 5 minutes away. The staff was very friendly and informative in the reception. and the room was absolutely perfect, good size and had everything we wanted and more inside it. the shower was perfect and wifi signal very strong. even though its very close to the airport , we couldnt hear the planes in the room so we slept very well. the only minus was the air conditioning which took hours to cool the room. its not so strong and it was hot in the room and its not possible to open a window.
A very clean and well-managed hotel, great staff. Good location, near to railway station Diegem. Good clean rooms. TV programmes variety can be better, for example, Russian channels are missing. Wifi coverage can be better, in some rooms a very poor signal, the menu of the bar not rich enough.
Very typical business hotel. Check-in took quite some time (as it is often the case in NH). Rooms are nice, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is nice as well, although a somewhat wider assortment of bread would have been even better. A bit disappointing was that the lady behind the counter at the check-out did not speak any dutch (which is the case in many hotels in Brussels, btw). Rates are high !
