Very pleased with the stay. Good enough, clean enough, breakfast was very nice and tasty. Staff was very nice as well. Its close to Midi train station which is very convenient, however, the area is not touristy per se.
We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Everything was to our liking. Room was very big, clean and offered so many amenities. Front staff was amazing and always greeted us with a smile.
Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Our shower gel was empty since the day we got there. We removed it from the wall left on the bathroom floor so housekeeping can refill. They were in room twice never touched the bottle to refill. Did not feel like a usual Hilton Hotel
Rooms do not have USB cables.. being an american hotel should have them. Rooms are quite small. breakfast is great, not free. Staff was friendly.
Clean hotel, close to restaurants and coffeeshops. Windows open for fresh air. Parking provided. Enjoyed a good stay and good night's rest.
HHonors member and certain "Hilton" brand expectations; expected more Western/American amenities: 1) had 2BR ste w/kitchen, and only A/C vent was in kitchen/LR area (i.e., BRs NOT A/C); it was tolerable but I would not recommend for true summer months (there 5/30 - 6//1); 2) no facial size washcloths (I know it's not standard in Europe, but had that expectation given it was a HGI); 3) shower stall needed a shelf to house shampoo, etc.-- had to leave everything on the floor including the bar soap we brought from the US; 4) shower stall area had much wasted space and not sure how sanitary it was as housekeeping would need to "walk" in/on it to clean it; Housekeeping failed more than once to leave adequate towels and toilet paper refill; upon arrival we had no facial tissue and the toilet paper holder was detached from the drywall-- alerted front desk staff and housekeeping brought toilet paper instead of facial tissue and no movement on the TP holder-- took pictures (worth a thousand words) and showed them to front desk staff and both were quickly remedied; LOCATION is perfect (~1.5 mile walk to Midi train station where we trained all over BE and to Amsterdam for a day trip; ~3 blocks off Louise Avenue (~5th Ave. NYC); plenty of restaurants (try Rue de Jourdan near Louise Ave.) within walking distance; plenty of "night shops" (~convenience store) and a Proxy (looks like a Food Lion logo) just off Rue de Jourdan, but we didn't see it until the last night so did not shop there)
Stayed at this hotel for a vacation. Hotel was a newer and clean property. Only thing they could improve is a little more fresh fruit at breakfast.
