It was a very nice location and it had a great breakfast buffet in the morning. Over all good place to stay and about 15 minutes walk to all the main attractions. It is 10 Euro from the train station by taxi. One thing concerning though, we had purchased train tickets to Paris as we arrived in Bruges for the following Sunday. However, even though the tickets went from the train station to our hotel room and not removed from there while we visited, they went missing. The night before leaving we noticed they were no longer in the room. What happened? We have no idea, but it might be a good idea to lock everything in the safe. If housekeeping throw away paperwork while cleaning, they should not do that and perhaps should be reminded of that. This would not stop us from going back there, it is a little gem on the canal and otherwise was a very good place to stay.

New year in Bruges👍

The staff are very friendly and helpful, either advising places to eat or making reservations for you. We would definitely stay there again. It’s a short walk to the city centre with great restaurants/ cafes close by. There parking can be tricky but the hotel have a fantastic parking garage just 2 minute walk from hotel, however advise you book a place.

Lovely hotel on the canal. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Good buffet breakfast. Only a 10min walk to the main attractions. Would definitely book to stay here again if I went back to Bruges.

Location was great and the room was fine for the price and amount of time we were there. It's a bed and private bathroom but nothing outstanding. I'd stay again for one night. Things to consider: If you're from America, get creative with the shower before fully turning the water on to avoid spraying water everywhere. The walls are pretty thin so I'd bring some ear plugs unless you want to hear your neighbor's conversation.

Good breakfast, great location for exploring the city. Pillows however very lumpy and bathroom badly laid out - shower over bath, controls one end of bath and shower screen at this end though shower actually at other end which meant having a shower always soaked the florr and sink area.

Overall very nice stay. Staff excellent. Breakfast very good. Location away from hustle bustle. Large room. Only complaint would be room had hardly any overhead lighting and was a bit dated.

Wonderful location, a short two block walk along the canal to the centre of town. It was lovely to be out of the main hustle and bustle but still so hnady. We stayed four nights in the executive suite which was very spacious, two single beds together which was fabulous size and some self catering facilities. We had a lovely balcony and canal views from our bedroom and lounge. Breakfast was included and was a wonderful spread, with gluten free bread available too. Lovely staff, so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly.

November 17 weekend trip

Fantastic place to visit. Walked from train station to hotel, about 15 mins. Reception provided guide map and marked attractions for us. English, French and Dutch spoken by staff and in all venues. Breakfast buffet good. Photos show view from our room window.
