The room was really dirty with bugs on the beds and towels, they didn’t cleaned the room any day and when we asked them to clean it after finding the bugs on the beds they didn’t, they just took the bugs and left without even apologizing. Poor service and no dining.

The location was good: 10 minute walk from the train station, near the city center. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was cleaned, but just generally a bit run down (eg. stained carpet, marks on the walls, etc.). The room was very hot and stuffy, with kind of a musty smell. It was okay if you could air it out, but we didn't have a window, just a door which would leave your room open to an street if you left it open at night.

It was close to many architectural buildings to see. So many food options to choose from. It was a short walk from the central station. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Front counter staff were very helpful and knew the area well.

The service from staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Hotel 't Putje was located close to the train station and made our stay in Bruges incredibly easy. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value for money.

The location is good for sightseeing and shopping. The parking is conveniently located, however, it is the only option. Remember when using GPS to find the hotel, it is going to take you in to the parking garage. Also, the hotel lobby and elevator smelled bad.

With parking just a stones throw away in the main city parking lot (3.8 Eu a night, 16 for a full day) the hotel was very convenient for using Bruges as a home base to explore the region. Old Europe rooms with new Europe amenities. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds…this place is a winner!

Great location, value for money

Absolutely perfect location. Close to the train station, and as we arrived very late it was easy to find (7 minute walk) and on the edge of the historical centre. Rooms were basic but clean. Definitely value for money. We didnt take breakfast as I thought 14.90 Euros seemed expensive but on reflection a coffee is about 4.50 euros in the town. .

It’ll do!

The glass shower wall was not connected at the tub, so it leaked everywhere. The two twins making up the single bed did not meet, and there was a sizable crack. Location was great, very walkable. Front desk lady was very kind and gave lots of restaurant recommendations.

There are bed bugs. I found a bed bug in my bed. The whole place has a weird smell and what is advertised is not at all the rooms. For the price this is a total rip off. Do not recommend
