There are bed bugs. I found a bed bug in my bed. The whole place has a weird smell and what is advertised is not at all the rooms. For the price this is a total rip off. Do not recommend

AVOID!!!!

Rooms very dirty and scruffy. One room had obviously been fumigated which caused the family members to have eye irritation. Lost power in 4 of the rooms, staff disinterested and very rude.

Great hotel. Great location.

Went for a short break with friends. Great hotel. Very local to all Bruges has to offer. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Only thing I would say is that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but cafes were just around the corner. Overall a very lovely hotel.

Charming hotel in Brugge

This is a charming old hotel in the perfect location. It is difficult for seniors to negotiate stairs but there is a lift for most floors. The hotel manager was extremely helpful about everything we needed. We stayed in two rooms both charming and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - a most charming town and great place to stay.
