We stayed to get away from normal life and to celebrate my partners birthday. Lovely place rooms were great lots of room and very clean Ive been working in hotels for 8 years and I can say I was very impressed the staff very friendly we checked in around 12 on the 25th March there 2 ladies a brunette & a blonde (sorry can not remember your names) very friendly every time we saw them. Breakfast nice also started us off for the day if we return to bruges we would definitely stay again.
Wonderful staff and comfortable accommodations. Four poster bed and large bathroom. Enjoyed tea in the cozy lobby. Private parking and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return when next in Bruges.
If you only visit Bruges once and you can afford to stay here do it. Everything about this hotel is lovely, the breakfast literally set you up for the day and anything I could have imagined to have for breakfast was available, and then on top of that there was wine and chocolate to start your day! The room was stunning, bed was huge and comfy, even if you cant afford to stay here its worth popping by and having a look stunning building seconds away from the shops.
We visited the hotel for 3 nights & were upgraded to a deluxe room (30) as it was my 50th!.. the room was lovely, clean, tastefully decorated, with great touches like fruit, minibar, extra pillows in wardrobe, plenty of hangers & crocs in the bed. The bathroom was great, 2 sinks, toiletries, good hairdryer, bathrobes & slippers. Great rainfall shower & jacuzzi bath..😀. The staff were lovely, especially Anna, who was so pleasant & helpful, a credit to the hotel.. Breakfast had loads of choice, great latte & they even bought out a fresh waffle & cream with Birthday candle, very thoughtful. Would recommend this hotel & it thoroughly deserves all the good reviews on trip advisor 😊🍾🥂
First impression was good got even better when Anna took us to our room which had been upgraded ( my wife’s 50th birthday) . Breakfast was great ,hotel is so clean and tasteful. If I’m been ultra picky our balcony could do with revarnishing but I’m a tradesman and tend to see every fault and that was the only one . Again Anna was so helpful when we needed anything help with the safe , ice bucket directions etc umbrellas in reception a life saver , great hotel 😀
This was a fantastic hotel for a 2 night luxury break in Bruges. It is very close to the main squares but in a quiet side street so peaceful at night. The staff are very welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast selection is very good. My freshly cooked waffle was delicious and my husband really enjoyed his coddled eggs. Our room was large with lovely touches like the coffee machine and fresh fruit. If we visit Bruges again this is where I want to stay.
This hotel location is perfect. I walked all over the city. It is a smaller boutique hotel and well looked after. My room was very large, beautiful, and very clean. The bathroom was lovely as was the nice bathtub! I felt like this would be a great hotel for couples! The breakfast was so nice! You must try the waffles. The staff were so helpful and friendly and even tried to help me recover some lost gloves I left on the train! The owner is very lovely as well. I'm so happy I chose this hotel. I really enjoyed the authentic Belgian decor. Book this hotel, you won't regret staying here. :) It's also tucked away off the main streets so is quiet at night and so you will have a good nights sleep. :) Luxury for a great value!
A family owned and operated hotel away from the buzz, but still close to everything that Brugge has on offer. Cosy and with friendly management and staff. Very nice rooms (we have styed there twice and in different rooms). Good assortment breakfast in beautiful breakfast room. We will not look at any other hotel alternative when visiting Brugge in the future.
Convenient location. Welcoming reception and very friendly staff. We stayed in a standard room which still felt quite luxurious with comfy bed, large shower/bath and bathrobes etc. Drink in the small hotel bar was cosy.
Short break visit in a Superior Deouble room - very large bed in a large room, shower and a jacuzzi bath en-suite.Staff helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived three hours early and again for six hours after we checked out. Nice touches in the room were fresh fruit and a coffee machine, Good quality facilities and service all round.
