As long as you're not late checking in/out or down for breakfast then this is a fab little hotel situated in the heart of Bruges. The rooms are lovely, beds are comfortable, breakfast typical and in general good value for money. Surprisingly for workers within hospitality the staff are not very obliging, not at all flexible and are particularly pedantic. For this reason alone I shall not be staying there again.

Just returned from 2 nights here and it was lovely. Perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from the main Markt Square. Peaceful, friendly and very well run. We had an issue with our shower which was reported before we went to dinner. When we returned a temporary fix was in place and the permanent fix was sorted the next day - brilliant service! Very happy to help with recommendations, advice and bookings for restaurants. Nothing to fault - highly recommended!

The map can be very deceiving, this cute boutique hotel is really a very short walk around the corner to the center of the action. The rooms are small, but everything has been thought of and tastefully executed. I would have loved to have had real coffee and tea at the 24 hour coffee bar in reception, but other than thar everything was as described...okay just one tiny funny thing. This adults only hotel has the unfortunate luck of having a rather large lunged child living in the house next door. Otherwise - Great. Do again? See you next year. 🙂

Ever seen the movie ( In Bruges ) well we did, so we thought we would do a bit of location spotting and get away from the children for a long weekend. Hotel Biskajer is a lovely little Bruges gem, just tucked around the corner from the main square. Don't worry too much about the Adults Only in the title it just means there are no kids,( so don't expect to find S&M leather wearing couples at breakfast ) It does make a big difference using an adult only hotel, for one thing, it's a lot quieter, no screaming kids at breakfast and all the grown-ups seem a lot less stressed. We found the hotel staff offering a warm welcome and very keen to make your stay a pleasant one. The downside is Bruges has a parking issue so its best to park your car outside the city walls at the main bus station carpark on the edge of town which sounds like a ball ache but it's not really. Arrive at the hotel and check in, leave your luggage there and then park your car up and its a 10-minute walk through the city back to the hotel. We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was perfect for what we needed and in the evening we had plenty of chose from the many restaurants in Bruges. The hotel is located on a small quiet street so sleeping is no problem and to be honest, Bruges is good any time of the year. Love the hotel and will defiantly be going back

We stayed here for a long weekend away and it was a really great choice. The hotel was spotless and had character, it was a perfect location and Danny (the manager) was always really friendly and helpful. Also the towel animals were great! Would definitely recommend!

Hotel Biskajer is the perfect place to rest after a busy day in the city. It's in a fantastic location just a short walk to the Belfort, shops and restaurants, but is nicely tucked away from any noise. We stayed in room 104 for 4 nights, this was a budget room but we found it was very comfortable and clean, all you need in a place to sleep, there's far too much to see and do in Bruges to spend your time in the room. Before arriving I read some worrying reviews, all I can say is if you stick to the hotel policy you'll have a great stay! The men who run the place we're very welcoming and helpful, I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Hotel was spotless the 2 lovely gents that ran it were extremely helpful with advising parking etc it was really close to the main square and easy to find couldn’t fault it only advice would be to take a travel kettle complimentary tea and coffee but the station is on ground floor but that is only a very minor thing apart from that would visit this hotel again and highly recommend

This hotel was perfect for us for a 4 night stay in Brugges. We were in room 102 which is on the front side of the building but still was very quiet. Very easy to take the bus from the train station. We had a big king bed, a little hard but still slept great. We had to chose between staying in Ghent or Brugges. Brugges was clearly the best choice with a day trip to Ghent. Brugges is even cuter than Prague. Ceiling fan was super. Highly recommend for a couple (note, the elevator was broken. They brought up our luggage but if stairs are a problem for you, beware)

It's our first time in Belgium and Bruges was the first city we visited and we fell in love with it. The hotel stay made our short trip even better because the room was spacious, comfortable, and the price really affordable. Really thankful for the tip given to take a boat trip around the canals, was really worth it! It's a great location as well, within walking distance to Markt but also far from the crowd for some peace and quiet.

Stayed here on Easter Sunday 2018. Great hotel in a good area and just around the corner from the main square. Good clean and staff really helpful. Danny is very knowledgeable about the city and nothing was too much trouble for him. When we return which we will, we will stay here again without doubt.
