I was in Harlingen to see my Dad who was in the hospital. I found this hotel totally last minute and was very happy with the front desk. He took a minute to ask me how my Dad was. Originally stayed Wed-Sat but my Dad took a turn and I stayed 4 more nights. My room was always clean and fresh sheets. The beds were super soft (not my style) but after hours in a hospital chair I would crash out. I really liked that they did not have carpeting in the room! It was all flooring and it was clean. The rooms came with a fridge and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash on the wall. The continental breakfast was simple fare of toast, bagels, cold cereals, individually packaged pastries, bananas coffee, milk, orange juice and a waffle maker. My only wrinkle would be the tub of butter/margarine being a weird type that didn't really melt. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your service. ---Adriana from Arizona

I had pre paid my stay for the 27th. I had called earlier in the day to let them know I wasn’t able to check in earlier . I was assured I could check in later due to room being prepaid. I get there and attendant made me feel like a liar. Telling me there was no room under my name. Told there was no rooms available. I looked up my emails provided all info and he still hesitated.
