Completely remodeled cottage with central AC just a short walk from Jerry's Pub and Wamplers Lake You will enjoy lake access, swimming, bonfires and only a few miles from MIS speedway featuring NASCAR and FASTER HORSES. Comfortably sleeps 6. One bedroom with queen, one bedroom with single over double bunk and twin and a sofa bed in the living room. Central heating and AC. Kitchen is fully equipped. WIFI and Cable included. New washer and dryer in laundry room. Check in at 3PM. No smoking. Pets welcome but limited to 2 and dogs must be on leash.

My girlfriends and myself spent 4 days at this cottage. It was very very nice and clean. Everything worked out perfectly for us 4 senior ladies. I highly recommend this cozy cottage for a getaway. The owner Joan was very accommodating and even stopped by to see if everything was good.

Cute cottage

The cottage is very cute and served our needs perfectly. We have family that own a house on the lake but do not have a lot of room for overnight guests so this house was perfect. We could walk to Jerry's and we could walk to our family's house. We had our mornings to enjoy our own space and have coffee, before heading over to our family's house for the rest of the day on the lake. Joan, the host, was so easy to communicate with about our stay. And check in and check out were easy breezy. The only thing that could be improved was the queen bed has a hole in the middle so if two people are sleeping in it you sink toward the middle which was a difficult sleep position for those that slept in that bed. However, we would stay there again.

Excellent 2 bedroom cottage

I stayed there by myself for almost two weeks. Everything worked and the setting was a positive. Walks in any direction take you along the lakefront. A short walk leads to Jerry's Pub and Restaurant with a large outside deck looking out to the lake.The washer, dryer, and dishwasher all came in handy. One bedroom has what I think was a queen-size bed. The second one has a double under a single, and another bed. With a pull-out couch in the living room, this little cottage can sleep quite a few people, but keep in mind that this is a small cottage with one bathroom.If you fish, bring your gear.

Awesome Lake Cottage

The second year we’ve booked for Labor Day weekend and love our stay. So convenient to restaurant, Jerry’s Pub, and a short walk to the lake. The cottage is decorated so cute and always clean. Can’t wait till next year…

Great location and friendly neighborhood

Such a cute cabin with everything you need for a nice vacation. The host is great at communication all the way around. You are very close to MIS and other local area attractions. Next time we’ll bring the kayaks and hit the lake as the access is super close. The water pressure in the shower is a huge bonus. Cabin is a little smaller than we were thinking from the pics but we made it work just fine. The fire pit and grill are a great bonus. We’ll definitely stay at this property again.

Extremely clean, quiet and perfect location

My stay at Joan's cottage was awesome. I love the area and how clean and stocked the cottage. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. Check in was a breeze.... I was sent a code before check in and let myself in. I've stayed at this cottage before, so I didn't have to bother the host, but she is promptly available if you need her. Her contact information is available in the cottage. If you do need something, you will find her very friendly and accommodating. Jerry's Pub is in easy walking distance and provides good food, drinks and entertainment on the weekends.
