Everything was great. Close to the new casino and just remote enough to make ot feel private. The roads into the property need some attention. Expect a bumpy ride.

Overall Nice cabin but…

Nice cabin but could use some updating in the kitchen and more supplies. First, the hot tub shows wear and wasn’t usable until 2nd day. Took almost whole day for it to heat up. The kitchen stovetop is practically useless because 3 of the 4 heating elements were warped so pans can’t sit flat. It really needs to be replaced. Also no toaster, hand towels or anything to wash dishes with. Tissues would be nice in bathrooms. And the road was horrible. There’s no way a regular vehicle could drive through. We were in a truck and still had to go super slow to not bottom out. Convenient location and good communication. Nice looking cabin overall just a few issues that could be easily rectified. It’s for sale so that may explain why some things are the way they are.

Kodiak Bear Cabin

It was a beautiful property surrounded by woods, when we had a small issue with the hot tub, we got a quick response on how to easily fix it! They had lots of fun things to do indoors and outdoors. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect Cabin in the woods

Beautiful, clean, secluded cabin. Perfect location to Hochatown and Beaver Lake State Park. Most comfortable beds! Easy to communicate with property manager. 10/10 recommend. So many activities close by: hiking, zip line, lake paddle boarding, horse back rides, Hochatown maze, catching fireflies behind the cabin, hottub…perfect week in Hochatown.

Best place ever!

We had a great time here. The cabin is located in a beautiful spot, surrounded by trees. They welcomed our dogs with no problem, which is a huge selling point for me. They were very courteous and kind when I had questions and responded in a timely manner couldn’t have asked for a better hostess. Thank you so much and thank you for a great place.

Roomy Beautiful Cabin

We had an amazing long weekend at the Kodiac Bear Cabin. The location is perfect as it is a bit tucked back in the woods but close to a market that literally has everything you need. It’s close to the lake and a ton of great restaurants, shops, breweries, and more. The cabin was huge and perfect for 2 families with teens! I highly recommend and we plan to return as soon as we can!

Great Get Away!

We loved this property. It was spacious and clean. Loved the large kitchen and eat in bar area and kitchen table too. Beds were comfortable and the cabin had plenty to do - hot tub, foosball table, fire pit, play structure, etc.… The property was also located close to a lot of fun local attractions like the maze, mining, mini golf, bowling, go karts. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were very easy to contact and very easy to work with. We had an emergency while we were there and had to leave early and they were very understanding and helpful. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful Stay

We had such a nice, relaxing time in Kodiak Bear cabin. It was perfect for meeting my parents since they were able to use the main floor master suite while my husband and I took the master suite upstairs and my daughters stayed on the loft.

Great retreat!

We loved this property. It was our second time in the Broken Bow area and the location of this cabin is fantastic. Close to everything but the grocery store, but plenty of spots to eat and grab drinks around. The cabin and property were beautifully maintained and just as the listing advertised. Jaci was communicative and friendly. Our whole family of 5 and dog loved it! I have already recommended it to a few friends and we can't wait to return again!

Great Cabin in Broken Bow

We had a great time with the kids at this cabin. Plenty of room for my kids to run around outside and explore. The playset was a big plus. Property team was on point with communication and making sure our needs were addressed. Would highly recommend.

Friends Reunion

We met up with some lifelong friends at this property and it was effect for our families. Close to all the things we wanted to do during the day. We had fun in the evenings around the property and played lots of games. The property management was easy to work with and responded quickly. Worth going back to for sure.
