1. The Breakfast was great as well as the service! 2. Bathroom could be bigger

It was clean and comfortable , but the pool rules was crazy , it took me talking to the manager to get it straightened out !!!

Very clean and well maintained for a 4 year old property. I thought it was new.

Annual motorcycle trip from Ohio to Bristol for NHRA race. Have not stayed here previously. Stopped early in the morning & AM Desk associate was awesome. We were able to leave our bags in the back room so they wouldn't be in the 95 degree heat all day. Checked in after the race late in the evening. PM Desk associate seemed annoyed that we were there. Had to ask for our 2 waters that they give with Hilton Honors & she only had 1 & didn't seem to care. Otherwise a great experience. Hotel is beautiful, nice to have a restaurant on-site for breakfast (with great selections including eggs/omelets cooked to order!) & dinner (we arrived too late so I can't comment on that). Room was great, bed & pillows were comfy (although the bottom sheet was on horribly crooked but somehow stayed on the mattress). Right door of closet was off track but assume an easy fix. Very minor issues in my opinion, so already making plans to stay both nights next year instead of only driving partway down. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We wish we knew that our breakfast wasn't included in our room rate, we would have gone next door to Cracker Barrel instead!

Taking my 88 year old Father to our Family Reunion was a very nice experience this year as we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, a new hotel that was VERY nice. In particular, was the excellent service we received from Stephanie, the Mgr. It touched me the way she came from behind the counter to shake my Father's hand. You see, he is a Career Marine Veteran and it was the 4th of July. She thanked him for his service and it brought tears to my eyes. And of course, My Father was delighted. Thank you, Stephanie!
