This hotel was a very pleasant surprise! It was so clean and quiet. They were very accommodating to our dogs. The staff were all so nice. Especially Sandra! My dogs absolutely loved her and so did we! Sandra made you feel like you were part of her family! It was nice after a 15 hour drive there.

Have stayed here several times as we pass through VA and always impressed. This stay was different. The place had an add smell, maybe like marajuana, rotten cabbage smell. Not a clean, pleasant smell in any case. There was a repeating clanking of pipes in the wall or something all night and almost outta coffe at 6:15 AM plus no creamer. Not a fan favorite anymore, hopefully they have upped their game if we choose to return.

This Motel 6 is the standard by which ALL Motel 6 facilities should be judged! The rooms are clean and well maintained, the staff is some of the best in the country! Convenient to shopping and numerous restaurants. Easy on/off the interstate, well lit parking and very well groomed grounds. We absolutely cannot say enough good things about this property and the staff. When traveling through the area, this Motel 6 is our go-to and our preferred lodging. Why the rest of the country does not follow their example is beyond me.

Everyone was friendly and housekeeping stocked and cleaned room daily. Not one time did we have to call the front desk for anything. If we make it back to Bristol, we will definitely be seeing you again.
