Very nice stay for 4 days, I will use the Bristol again.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was ready when we arrived and was spacious. The rooftop bar was a bonus and the view of the city was wonderful. it is close to all the neat things to do in the city. We will stay there again when in the area.
Shower was a bit moldy. Nice hotel overall.
Loved everything except that the room was freezing when we arrived and it appeared we couldn’t turn the heat on…

Much better than the last time we stayed here. Last time they had only been open about a year, and we actually got locked out. They have fixed that issue with a card reader at the front door. Friendly staff, super clean but that parking situation is still a pain. Not a deterrent for staying here next time, but just a note for anyone that might stay here.

Front desk staff was extra friendly and accommodating (I can’t remember the man’s name, but I remember he just moved to Bristol from Rhode Island). The rooftop bar was wonderful and the staff also accommodating and polite. The room was spacious, clean, and felt luxurious. The bathroom was also large with a great shower. I had breakfast in the restaurant and the service was great and the cheese grits were divine. Definitely will stay again.
We had a small problem in our room that was promptly taken care of by Kayla. She went above and beyond to see that we had a good experience. She’s to be commended for her care and attention not only to detail but for her friendly, helpful attitude.
Reasonably priced, very modern, very clean, very convenient to stores & restaurants on State St. Front desk staff was phenomenal. Would highly recommend the Bristol Hotel to anyone visiting the area.
