I have so many pictures of the issues. I had a ‘mom-smoking’ room that smelled of smoke & had an ashtray! Dirt & stains on the bedding, tub, shower curtain, walls, ceiling, floors. Pictures on Orbitz showed a pool. It is filled in and growing grass. Outlet hanging from the wall (fire hazard) burn marks on bedding & floor…I get run down but dirty is NOT acceptable. Booked area so had to keep the room for the 3 nights. Tub drained super slow & bathroom had cockroaches
Room dirty, cigarette holes in the blankets and weird red stainS on the couch. Not a great location. It was on the cheaper side, allowed pets and front desk attendant was friendly.
Great price and clean. Was a quick stay while in the road.
Furniture in my room look like something out of the Goodwill or should be given to the Goodwill no coffee in the room hardly anything for breakfast it looks very run down and I understand it was just remodeled the bed was not comfortable either this was not a good experience. For $10 more night I was in a luxurious room king size bed beautiful bedspread brand new furniture coffee in my room big big difference I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
Lack of maintenance here. Room smelled and the plug came right out of the wall with my straightener!. No venting in the bathroom, ceiling tiles were half up in the ceiling and the bathtub was dirty. Front desk staff was the only good thing at this hotel.
There were cigarette burns in the bed clothes. I had fruit fly like bugs near bathroom sink. There were NO bedbugs and everything was clean. Just old and stained.
I used this as my base for a fishing trip to the South Holston River. Its an easy 15-20 min drive from there. Its right amongst the main parts of Bristol. The staff were every friendly and helpful. The roomwas warm safe and clean. I'd definitely stay here again.
