No knife fork, spoon, plate or bowl if you want to eat in. Crack in the dirty shower. Cold tap can’t turn off. Black mould in the shower. Unknown splatter on the bathroom walls. Yuk.

while the property is in a great location the rooms are “pretty tired” and are in the need a very good facelift. Also there is room to improve in the cleanness department as well. Next to highway rooms are noisy On the positive; good diners and bar, friendly staff, good garage.

There was nothing wrong with the room. I was not expecting a disabled/wheel chair friendly room. But that did not bother me. There was a little bit of noise from the Kids in the pool and people walking right past the glass door to the pool area was a little surprising. But that is just details. Stay was comfortable and easy. The TV aerial in my room had broken away from the wall - so that needs fixing. But it is easy to get around with good undercover parking. I will stay here again.

The TV is quite high tech for 2 low tech ladies like us in our earlier 60s...you need to use your mob phone to take a picture of QR code...then few more steps before u can watch youtube..it is a bit cumbersome for us..with the whole technology thing..Josh hotel staff came up to help at the end
