Good location, super comfy beds - slept like a log! Nice to have a balcony

I stayed here for one night to attend a concert. It was very easy to locate and for uber drivers to locate as well. Felt like it was in a safe area with a nice park across the street. Since I was only there one night not much to add but I do travel quite a lot and I found the bed and pillows to be extremely comfortable.

It is not easy to find the hotel at first, but once you know the location, it's easy to navigate.

I was a first time visitor to Brisbane. Really enjoyed staying at the Urban Hotel Brisbane. The location is nice, it's a bit away from the Center of the City, but it is close enough for a well fit individual to walk to the City Center, the Southbank and the Gardens.

Close to train station and stadium, walking distance. Friendly staff. However it's old.

I choose this hotel because it's near Airport and has reasonable price. The Hotel looks good as show on the website, comfortable and easily to go to the Airport.

value for money & central location to brisbane cbd

Service could be much better, such as not keeping one waiting too long. Internet access is not included; I wouldn't mind paying the extra ten dollars but it did not work most of the time and support was not helpful.

The Urban Hotel in Brisbane was fantastic. Our nicely decorated room had a large balcony that overlooked a beautiful park with a city skyline view. The staff was super helpful and extremely accommodating. The restaurant was wonderful - so great, in fact, that we ate there 2 nights during our 4-day stay. We had a personal friend that drove us around, so I don't know about transportation and its proximity to the hotel, but I'm certain the staff would help in every way possible. The hotel location was near the city without being in the city, so the streets weren't busy with traffic. Perfect place for a perfect hotel (although a hot tub would have been nice)

I was very impressed with the hotel. I am a very clean person and I was very comfortable in this hotel. It was also in walking distance to downtown and the gardens. It seams the transit center was close to for further travel. The staff was very welcoming and checked me in early when they found out I had just gotten off a 20 hour flight. And the airport shuttle was very convenient. Although there is current construction on the front of the building I would recommend this hotel it is very nice for the value.
