Enjoyed our stay! Finding reception/check in was difficult, but once we were in: The room was beautiful, lovely view, well equipped and styled nicely. Comfy bed. Great location for exploring Brisbane, walking distance to everything. Great value. The website stated the pool was closed however it wasn’t and the spa, pool, sauna and gym area were amazing. The lifts were very slow, we actually ended up stuck on the pool level for 30 mins once waiting for a lift due to the lift issues - but wouldn’t deter us from staying again - just allow yourself plenty of time.
