We travel to Brisbane several times a year and prefer staying at the Ibis on Turbot street the customer service when you walk through the door to the moment you leave is always very inviting and they always go above and beyond. The beds and pillows are so comfortable I want to take them with me. Their in house restuarant has its ups and down days but being so central to the city it is easy to find something to eat or shop.

Recently stayed here as we went to Ed Sheeran concert. The hotel is located in a great cbd spot close to Queen St mall and not far from Suncorp Stadium. It was very vlean and comfortable for a budget price. If you just need something affordable and clean then this no frills hotel will be perfect.

Just in Brisbane for St Patrick’s day and decided to stay overnight so booked really last minute, reception staff very pleasant and helpful, room comfortable and clean unfortunately it was too close to the lifts so very noisy in the morning apart from that excellent value for money and would definitely stay again

overnight trip into city to celebrate International Womens Day. Always clean and comfortable beds and pillows with a great breakfast, but do remember it finishes at 9.30...not 10.30! Will be honest though my pumpkin soup was cold, but I was so tired I didn't follow up with any complaints, as I know they would have been happy to heat it up more I am sure. Calling the reception does take patience though as the lines do tend to ring out or for a very long time. But overall always very satisfied with my stay at the Ibis.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. No bells and whistles but always perfect for the price and good location. On this last visit we were staying in the city for my fiance's birthday and the staff were amazing. Upgraded to a balcony room which we were very grateful for but, when we returned to the room after a trip in to the city there was also a bottle of bubbly and balloons waiting in the room. Thank you very much to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond. Will definitely be back.

Once again ibis Brisbane has offered us a great stay. This hotel is our go to whenever we are in the city, it is central to pretty much everything within the city. It is clean and very affordable. Parking is relatively close by. Will definitely continue to use this hotel as our go to.

Our room was average but on checking out there was a queue of 13 people with only one girl to check them in, . We had a minor problem to sort out and had to wait over half an hour until eventually the receptionist deigned to call someone from the cleaning staff who could help. Admittedly she was working under difficult conditions, but all people in that queue were treated in a similar abrupt, unfriendly manner. As other guests have also commented, the carpark is a long hike - OK if this is advertised, but the hotel's ad gives the impression that it is just near by.

Ibis is always the best for economical stay which is very convenient and comfortable especially the beds. Check in and Checkout is super fast. The only negative point was that their Restaurant could not deliver the 24 hr menu when we needed the most.

Hotel is really great. We had 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each for 5 adults that cost $270 in the CBD. SERIOUSLY GOOD VALUE. Clean and basic rooms, everything you need, really comfortable beds that can bed hard to come by now in hotels and tea, coffee in room with fridge. Only downside is no parking available on site. You have to parking in the Secure Parking garage on tank street. It’s a painful experience with luggage in the rain.

I was upgraded to one of the high level rooms, so this review reflects my experience in that grade of accommodation, which appeared to be more spacious than the usual Ibis rooms. Very nice bathroom, well carpeted, and with plenty of desk space and extremely comfortable bed. Also the bathroom was really nice with good vanity and shower. There was quite a good view to surrounding buildings in a nice part of Brisbane and just a narrow glimpse of the river . A reasonably priced bar and restaurant on Level 1 was very informal, but not what I'd call a romantic setting. There were opportunities though to instead attend their sister restaurant belonging to the Mercure Hotel in the adjacent building which offered just a little more class. The staff at the Ibis friendly and and helpful in so many ways. I felt very comfortable staying there.
