During the cyclone, I had to relocate from the coast to ensure I would not be trapped due to flooding and miss my flight home. I’m so glad I found this hotel. Although Brisbane was shut down, the hotel has a buffet breakfast and a restaurant. The food was great and the staff was exceptional. Everything I needed for the 4 days was looked after. I appreciate that the stay was pleasurable during a difficult few days.

The property was clean and as advertised. I would stay again for a night out in the city. I particularly liked the shampoo and conditioner in the shower, it smelled lovely and the breakfast was good. However the reception staff were perfunctory and not friendly. Check in and check out was transactional and cold. They really need to work on a welcoming atmosphere. They just didn’t seem happy to be there.
