The accommodation itself was beautiful — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The cleaner was also lovely and very helpful, which we really appreciated.Unfortunately, our experience with the host was quite stressful. After full payment had already been made, we were asked to provide a selfie with the payment card, which raised privacy concerns. When these concerns were communicated, responses from the host took hours, adding unnecessary anxiety while travelling with family. On the day of check-in, the booking was refunded while we were actively trying to access the property, which caused significant disruption.While the property itself was excellent, the poor communication and handling by the host made the experience stressful. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend booking with this host, despite the quality of the accommodation.
