Place was clean. Some damage to a couple of b bits (e.g. Dents in a wall). Kitchen well stocked for utensils, but would have been good if there was some things like oils and herbs which are expensive to buy when staying just a few nights as you'd only use a tiny amount of a bottle. Rooftop was good, sadly didn't get a chance to use it, but views great

A very comfortable apartment in a great location

The apartments are ideally located to explore Brisbane and the surrounding areas. We arrived at Midday and were unable to check in, but were able to leave our suitcases at reception until able to do so at 2pm. Our apartment was located a short distance along the same road, at No44 and access is controlled by a fob entry system at the front door. The apartment itself was spacious and functional with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

They need a sign on light switch near door. Its not a light switch, its a main power supply switch. I dont even know the purpose of putting a mains isolator as a light switch near door entry.

I like how close it was to everything. I like how clean the place was with adequate kitchen facilities. Its really close to public transport and places to eat and buy things at i.e IGA What i didnt like was nothing its great!

Really nice apartment that had everything we needed (apart from a pair of scissors) and very quiet despite being in a built up area. Never heard any noise from other apartments. Friendly and helpful reception. The train station is less than 10 minute walk to get into the city or airport.
