Approximately 902 square feet, this One- Bedroom Condo features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room including a kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Additional amenities include: internet access, television, DVD player, ceiling fan, hair dryer, In Room Safe, Barbeque Grill (outdoor), balcony/patio, whirlpool tub and washer/dryer in unit.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Vacation Rental without the fuss

Great stay in the ozarks. Had a kitchen and pool right there. Very clean and well appointed with the kitchen and washer and dryer. Nice property. You check in across the street. They weren’t too pushy with the time share presentation that you don’t have to attend. Would stay again.

Property very nice, good location. Appreciated elevator and use of luggage cart. Suite was very nice including full kitchen. One of bathroom sinks could have been cleaner. Over all very nice, would consider staying here again.

Poor quality construction--Don't stay if a light sleeper

Overall, this is a nice 1-bedroom apartment. However, it is a 5-story building and there is little to no sound insulation between walls and ceilings. We could hear each step the above neighbor made in their unit (we talked to them and they were walking normally). We could overhear everything also. It made us super conscious to walk very softly throughout our place as we didn't want to be loud to those below us.

Very clean and well kept. It seemed very secure.

We did not appreciate the pressure to buy a timeshare. We were not aware that was part of our obligation when booking at this property. It was a waste of our day! The people at Wyndham would not take no for an answer. Finally we walked away. Way too much pressure for something we were bribed and manipulated into to participate in the 3 hours of a time share we were not interested in. It was a disappointing part of our stay. Our thoughts of Wyndham are very negative. We will try to avoid your properties as much as possible.
