The hotel badly needs some remodeling. My room had an A/C had a broken knob and looked like it is the original from the 80s. The room also had an off smell, like the carpet needs replacement. The bed was crazy comfortable, though. TV was modern, lamps were good. I'd love to see some USB outlets.

Stay at this hotel! It’s quiet, clean, has a nice pool, a great breakfast, convenient to everything and best of all: Lillian. She was outstanding, helpful and honest. She’s hard working and knowledgable - perfect person for the front desk. Lillian will give you a map for using the Red, Blue or Yellow Lines to avoid the stall-and-crawl on the main drag. She’ll also give you a list of what shows are playing for the week, times and cost. She can get tickets at a discount but if you’re a veteran hold off, most venues offer huge discounts but you have to go to each show’s box office to buy tickets. DON’T pay one of those ‘official welcome centers’ for anything. They’re nothing but a big waste of time. They trick you by saying they’re not selling time shares but they each have some gimmick designed to make them money and burn your vacation time. You’ll be money and heartache ahead to avoid their slick talk. While not technically part of Branson, Top of the Rock, 7 miles south of town on Hwy 65 is worth your time. You have to pay $10 to enter, however, you get this money back when you rent a golf cart and drive the along the 2 1/2 mile path that meanders through the forest, past waterfalls, and through a freaking cave - yes, for real!!! complete with waterfalls and a tiki bar. It’s a blast but go early as they get busy. It’s super fun and one of the best things we did.

The staff was helpful and accommodating from the start of our stay. Great location. Within walking distance of several restaurants including Golden Corral, Red Lobster, and Olive Garden. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

We have been coming to Branson for years. After the kids get out of school, it's kind of our official kickoff to summer. This was our first time at Quality Inn and I don't think it will be our last. Breakfast had more to choose from than any other place we've stayed, pool was refreshing and rooms were CLEAN. Staff was very courteous and answered any question we had. Close to restaurants and easy to get to Silver Dollar City.

We absolutely love staying at this hotel. The staff is amazing. Whether it is management, front desk or housekeeping, they always make us feel welcome. The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms were all updated within the last few years and include a refrigerator and microwave. The indoor pool/hot tub is a plus after a long day on your feet, and the free breakfast will get you going in the morning. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is just off the busy Branson 76 Strip, so you can get where you are going by taking the alternate routes and avoiding the bumper-to-bumper traffic during peak season. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well. The Imax Theatre Complex is just across the street where you can take in a show or movie there. If you have never stayed here, I highly recommend it. We can't wait until our next stay.

We stayed for 3 nights on a family vacation. Great access. Quiet rooms. Great AC. Like bathroom sink outside. Very clean pool hot tub. Great hot breakfast each day. The breakfast host kept hot food out continuously. Wish ice was available on first floor. Very friendly. We will be back.

This is our 4th stay at Quality Inn West in the past 3 years. We love it here. It is nice and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and are willing to help in anyway they can. They have no problem providing extra items to make your stay more comfortable. Thier daily breakfast is good and they have a staff person there at all times making sure everything is fresh, stocked while cleaning behind each person after they fix their plates. They are very helpful with making your Branson experience pleasant. The location of this hotel is perfect it is at the corner of of 76 and Shepherd if the hills on the west end of the strip so getting in and out is no problem and not far from Silver dollar city. We love it there and this is our choice place for our yearly visit to Branson. The indoor pool and spa tub is fantastic very clean and plenty of towels. We highly recommend this place the best quality for buck. Thanks Quality Inn for making our visits great!! The staff are outstanding, must be great management to have great staff!

Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and amazing staff. We stay at this hotel every year when we go to branson for our vacation. I've never had any complaints. They are very accommodating to our needs, and the prices are affordable! I will continue coming back!

My husband and I stayed here in March, it was a convenient place to stay, Golden Corral is next door, other places near by. It was raining the whole time we were there which made breakfast and pool time such a pain. They are both in separate buildings. The breakfast room has at most 8 tables in it. It was ok. This hotel gets the job done. Clean room also.

This is a great and affordable location at the end of the main strip in Branson. The staff were also very friendly and accomodating. However, the big downside was this at our last stay---our room stunk the moment we set foot in it and after a heavy rain one evening, we came back to part of our carpet being soaked from rain leaking in through the wall a/c unit. They were quick to try to remedy this situation, but the carpet never got completely dry in the three nights we stayed there. What made it worse was the smell. The hotel was at capacity so there were no other rooms to move us to. Breakfast was also quite horrible, but convenient. The only thing warm or hot were the waffles you make yourself to order. The eggs, sausage, and other foods were either cold, stale, dry, etc. I don't think the fruit was even that fresh. I suppose as long as food isn't spoiled yet, it gets put back out on the breakfast bar. If you are looking for a cheap stay that is conveniently located, and don't mind a smelly room or banged up furniture built in 1972, then this is the place for you.
