Bottom line up front - CALL AHEAD to confirm the amenities that are important to you are actually functioning! The hot tub was not available. The fitness center is quite small, with only a few pieces of workout equipment, which are old! My husband rated the hot breakfast as "meh." We visited this area while returning home after spending several weeks in Florida. A major snowstorm had passed through about four days prior. Everything was still closed! The National Corvette Museum, distilleries near Louisville, etc. Living in Wisconsin, it did not occur to me that the cleanup and power outages were still an issue here. Had I done more inquiry, we would have driven longer that day and stayed in Indiana or Illinois instead, since there was nothing to do here. Driving around Bowling Green was quite treacherous with icy slush on every street and parking lot. I would not choose this hotel again.

We stay here a couple times a year. Staff are always friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, parking is easy and I've never heard my neighbors. Solid spot to rest your head.

Waited 40 minutes to check in- 1 person on a computer. Extremely inefficient. Second employee finally gets behind the desk after 30 minutes- doesn't open a computer. highlights paperwork and tells people where to sign. After a 4 hour drive, kids in the car, would have appreciated an apology or ANY urgency.- Unacceptable.
