The staff was nice. Unfortunately while on the elevator, it squeaked. I just looked up at the certificate and was highly alarmed. Deficiencies last year and a certificate 11 months expired is concerning. Additionally when I showered in 310 there was no caulking around the top tile. You could see space right into the drywall where it’s likely growing mold.

The property is aging and not receiving the upkeep it needs. My room had indications of something had happened with the adjoining room door showing signs of someone trying ro kick their way in and there was a lot of prior damage around the room door locks.
