This is a good, economical motel. The rooms are clean, the management are very friendly, and it's located on the main road about 1/4 mile from the freeway. The mattress was very comfortable and the sheets and towels were very clean. I spent about 45 minutes in the pool, which seemed very well-maintained. I stayed here the night of the 2017 eclipse. The owner had invited some local telescope enthusiasts to set up their telescopes in the field behind the hotel, and he invited all the guests to come over and join the telescope viewing.

I wanted a handicap room but apparently none was available. The only rooms on the ground floor were smoking rooms and not very clean. Furniture was worn and dirty. I had made a mistake when I reserved the room, and, to his credit, the manager put a refund on my credit card.

I was just passing through & needed a place to crash for the evening & shower in the morning. Not a lot of frills, but the place was clean & had all the basic stuff I needed. The bed was comfy, the water pressure was good & stayed hot for my long shower. Free wifi & a very basic breakfast in the morning. No complaints, this place served it's purpose at a reasonable price.

The room was clean, but seemed to use some upgrading. The elevator made a terrible noise when we were on it, scared my daughter so she didn't want to ride it again. Staff was friendly. The Breakfast could have used more to keep up with the demand if we were in a hurry it would have hindered us.

We stayed here April 1, 2017 on our way home. We paid almost 200.00 for a room with a king bed and a spa type tub. The spa tub had hairs in it from the prior users, the phone was broken and unuseable, a towel holder by the tub was broken and laying on the floor, the kleenex box in the bathroom was empty, the room was dirty, the mattress was a very cheap type, with a thin topper. I took the phone, towel holder and empty box to the front desk. Told them if they were going to charge these outrageous prices, especially during spring break travel, the motel rooms had better be worthy. Additionally, the breakfast offered was horrible and the pool which is shown in there pictures was bright nasty GREEN....not empty, green and black with mold. I am done, will never stay in a Quality Inn ever again.. Place was horrible, do not waste your money....

This hotel is rated number 8 in Franklin, ky but it is better than that. It is on the noisey side, but not excessively. I am a light sleeper, but I was only disturbed one time during the night, due to a semi with loud mufflers passing by. I had some problems at the Super 8 across the street so I checked out of there and into this hotel on the same night and I can tell you that the Quality Inn had better beds. Also, the breakfast is better at Quality Inn with eggs and sausage available. The Quality Inn is about 10 bucks more expensive than the Super 8 but worth every penny. The clerk behind the front desk was very accommodating.

This hotel has to be the worse hotel in Franklin. We walk in and it is a mess. We go and check-in and they say pets have to be on the 1st floor and we needed a 2nd floor room due to safety. The guy would not give us a refund and we just left. The Holiday Inn Express is where you need to stay at (see my review).

Found this Quality Inn to be very close to Interstate. Comfortable facilities and a big parking lot where we could park our 26 foot Penske truck with car tow. Staff was very friendly. A/C unit blowing too much, had to cover it up.

Super friendly front desk. I booked via and unfortunately they booked me a smoking room, which was extremely disappointing. The front desk tried to get me into a different room, but they were full so I got a newly renovated room, and the clerk was concerned for my allergies, so super friendly. The bed was super comfortable and the room clean, but it feels a little old. So it is a good hotel to stay overnight specially if you are on the road, so will recommend.

Good quality for price. I normally don't stay at a hotel with outside doors, but felt very safe. Room was truly no smoking. Smelled good upon entry, and air stayed extremely cold. Worth the price, I would stay again.
