Welcome to your spacious retreat in the charming town of Medford, just minutes from the heart of Boston and steps from Tufts University. Our well appointed 3-bedroom home offers 1,200 square feet of living space, making it the perfect choice for families and groups. Enjoy the convenience of free parking, backyard, and a prime location that allows you to explore all that Boston has to offer. After a day of adventure, return to your home away from home and unwind in comfort.



The Space:

Brand new central air conditioning installed November 2025. We don't require any "check out chores" upon departure - simply enjoy your stay!



This generously sized, 3 bedroom condo is on the top floor of an owner-occupied multi family home. (see other listing in my profile).



We are on a quiet street walking distance to Tufts University and several excellent cafes and restaurants (see my guidebook for details),

Our driveway can comfortably accommodate 2 vehicles. An EV charger (NACS & J1772) is available free of charge for reasonable use and shared between two units.



Public transportation:



60 second walk to the bus stop (Boston, Somerville and Cambridge) and only 1 mile to Davis Square Red Line Subway and 0.7 miles to the Medford/Tufts Green Line stop



We have exterior only security cameras for the safety of both our guests and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.



Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.



Tampering with the WIFI connection is prohibited

A delightful alternative to an expensive Boston hotel

Joe is fantastic to communicate with and he was readily available if needed. Lots of space for our group of four adults to comfortably relax and two of us were able to work all day from the dedicated work spaces in two of the bedrooms. Very convenient to stay parked and take Uber rides into Boston for sight seeing and restaurant reservations. And no check out cleaning rules! I highly recommend!

Boston girls trip

I recently stayed at this property with my teenage daughter, and two of her friends and their moms. The property was perfect! Every mom/daughter pair had their own room (3 total). The beds were comfortable, property was spacious enough for 6 people, and we really enjoyed having a full kitchen to prepare meals and snacks. It was so much better than a hotel!

Fabulous 3 Bedroom Apt. Close to Tufts

This apartment has everything you would want: well equipped, squeaky clean kitchen, comfortable sectional couch with large TV, perfect dining area options (indoor and outdoor), desks, laundry machines, comfortable beds and clutter free decor. If you are visiting someone at Tufts University, the athletic field complex for lacrosse, field hockey, soccer, baseball and softball are only a few blocks away and the main campus and T station just a little further. There are good dining options within walking distance and the two off street parking spots are helpful. The host is responsive, kind and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this spot,

Comfortable, nice decor, short walk from Tufts

Joe's place is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It has been nicely renovated. I like the hardwood floors, and it is bright and airy. We came to visit Tufts, and the campus is a 15 to 20 minute walk away, as is the green line T (Tufts stop or Ball Square). Communication from Joe was excellent. He was nice enough to let us arrive early, and also responded immediately and came right by when we had a minor plumbing problem. I would stay here again.
