Pro’s:
New building, feels safe, the unit itself was clean, responsive host, balcony is a nice feature
Con’s:
This is a typical apt built by a slum developer; the ceiling/floor walls are paper thin. That is not an exaggeration. You can hear conversations, every closet, cabinet, and drawer door closing sounds like bowling balls dropping, every foot step sounds like a bowling ball dropping. The floor even feels soft, there is no insulation so if sleep is important to you, this is 100% not for you
Also this unit is a model unit so the furniture is the cheapest available. I didn’t know such uncomfortable furniture existed, IKEA would have felt luxury in comparison
The garage sensor was not in the unit as stated in the instructions. The host did get it to me later that same day, however when I went to use it the following day, it didn’t work. A maintenance person tried it as well, didn’t work, they had to open the door for me from the inside. I didn’t even bother after that as it wasn’t worth the hassle.
While the unit itself does appear clean, the towels are in need of being replaced
