On the first day of checking into the room the toilet was not clean, because their was human hair all over the seat and inside in which I had to clean. AC is only inside of the bed room which blowout was low, ceiling fan was dirty. I had no access toward to reware pouch, due to being locked all two weeks after asking still was not fix. Like that room service when asked clean up for me and access to beach.

The morning breakfast was good. The staff was excellent and very professional. The air conditioner didn’t work well, there was no phone and refrigerator in the room. The toilet wasn’t working properly. I had to search to find an outlet to plug my phone charger, finally I moved the bed and found one. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was two twin beds put together to make a king size bed. The first night the air conditioner was so cold it was unbearable, we asked the staff at the front desk for a comforter, she couldn’t find one so she gave us a blanket that was torn. It was better than freezing in the room. The pool had damaged floating “donuts “. The metal railing were visibly rusted. We need to iron an outfit and had to walk to the front desk on two occasions because there was no phone in the room or clothes iron. The staff was friendly and helpful, and tried very hard to accommodate us. The WiFi was also good. The shower curtain was too short so the water splashes out on the floor when you take a shower.
