Owner saved Listing Agents
House, location, amenities and owner were great. Both listing agents (VRBO and Evolve) were not helpful beyond reading the info on the listing. Eventually the out of state owner came to the rescue. Except for listing service, neither VRBO or Evolve seemed to be involved or care.
This is probably not unusual so beware.

Very disappointing stay in Borrego
The rental was very dirty, the freezer all rusty, no heat for the pool, cabinets in the baths were in poor unusable condition, back deck was dirty with many ants and the bedrooms had poor lighting. On arrival it was clear that the floor had not been swept or moped and the rugs were dirty. As a result our stay was uncomfortable and a huge disappointment.
