The layout of this hotel is far from typical yet it was one of the features we liked the most. You will enjoy it more with minimum luggage. Rooms are spread out and accessed in some cases by really cool tunnels, decorated in stone. There are patios and fountains throughout the hotel. It is easy to ...
Very nice hotel in the center of Seville Close to all main attractions Very friendly and supportive staff Great breakfast with a lot of fresh and yummy choices Room was really big and cozy Just better coffee machine might be more appropriate for 5 stars hotel
Just off Plaza de Santa María la Blanca, this hotel was actually easy to find while driving our car through the narrow streets of the Barrio Santa Cruz. The attendant parked our car for us and we had a swift, friendly check in. The rooms are commodious and the public spaces welcoming. The only dissatisfier ...
We expected much more from a four star hotel. Lobby is nice and appealing, however the room is at best average. The room is in need of updating for a four star hotel, particularly the bathroom. Staff is not very customer service oriented, however he breakfast was good, had a variety of foods.
The apartment is on a cul d'sac, so it was fairly quiet. The location was perfect for exploring the gothic quarter. Our hostess, Nuria, was very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was modern and had a large shower.
Amazing staff. Did everything to make our stay comfortable, went out of their way to help us with getting tickets, providing recommendations. The location is close to everything. Highly recommend it.
The room was newly renovated and had a front sitting room with cabinets, closet, and a big screen tv on the wall, and I loved having this room because it meant I wasn’t always on the bed. The front room was open to the next room which was the bedroom with a nice desk, bed, and a second tv on the wall. And lastly was the large bathroom with floor to ceiling dark granite, a gorgeous tub, a separate walk in shower, a nice new toilet tucked behind a wall, and of course a sink and large mirror. The towels and toiletries left each day were very nice. The only thing missing to the room was a view. The one window was covered, but truthfully I didn’t miss it because the rooftop bar, pool, and lounging areas had a spectacular view, not to be missed. Will be back. Loved it and Seville.
My wife and I were only able to stay in Seville for one night, and we were so glad we chose this hotel! It is in such a great location. Sights, restaurants, etc. are all so close, so it's really convenient. We got to this hotel from the Seville - Sta. Justa train station by foot, and it took us no time at all to get to it. The staff was wonderful, and they checked us in early, and we had such a beautiful room! Very spacious, wonderfully decorated, and clean. If we ever make our way back to Seville, we definitely stay here again!
