Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had some issues and they were handled promptly and professionally.
Great location in Seville central. Close to all the action, restaurants, venues, etc. The air conditioning was not working properly and was giving out a bad smell, like an open sewer. We told the staff but it did not change anything. They do not wash the room floors. Your feet get quite dirty when you walk bare foot. Noise from the hallway is quite loud, as if there is no room door. The room was modern, looked recently renovated. Windows did a great job at cutting street noise. Ongoing hotel renovations but they are keeping the place clean. A good hotel.

MY FRIEND AND I PICKED THIS HOTEL FOR THE LOCATION AND PRICE. WE ARE NOT PICKY ABOUT CERTAIN THINGS SO THIS HOTEL WORKS WELL FOR US. THE STAFF IS SUPER FRIENDLY, WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OPENING OUR LUGGAGE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO ASSIST US. THEY ALSO HELPED US IN MAKING RESERVATIONS FOR A FLAMNECO SHOW. THERE'S SMALL FRIDGE IN THE ROOM WHICH WAS IMPT TO US.
The rooms were small, but I found most rooms in Europe were when compared to hotels back home. The beds were so uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The room was clean, bathroom was small, there is a convenient taxi waiting area just steps away from the hotel. There is lots of shopping if you walk a few blocks and it is within walking distance to most attractions which I liked. The drive from the airport to the hotel was nerve wrecking because IMO you go through a not so good area. I didn't find too many restaurants nearby, they all seem to be near Giralda which is 15-20 min walk. I do not think this hotel was worth $160+ USD a night. No way.
Walking distance to bus station. The train station is also easy to get to because the city bus that goes directly to estacion Santa Justa is in the plaza right near the hotel. Great location to city center, Alcazar.
