Amazing hotel in the best location in Seville! We stayed here during a busy holiday weekend in December and really felt like we experienced the best that Seville has to offer. The buffet is most excellent.

Very nice classic hotel in the heart of town, will be back again..

Loved the history, feel, service and location. We traveled as a family of four and our suite was absolute perfection. The layout was very comfortable. We loved our stay and accommodations so much we added an extra night. Well worth the stay.

Great hotel, location, staff, room service. A must in Seville

Very professional staff, friendly, speak english if your Spanish is not so good, close to interesting attractions. Definitely worth the money. Orbitz - your company overbooked me on my return flight from Madrid to JFK. When I tried to check in online, I couldn't and it was when I arrived at the airport that I was told by the Iberia staff that my ticket was not confirmed and I was on stand by. This was very disappointing and I will no longer be using Orbitz for my international flight reservations.

What a dream location in a perfectly flat walkable city filled with history and beauty. Hotel Alfonso is the perfect addition to your travels when in Seville. Spending siesta time by the pool is just a cherry on top of a perfect trip.

Amazing hotel experience. Extremely happy with our stay. Wonderful pool area. Rooms clean, comfortable, and luxurious.

This hotel surpassed our experience at the Ritz in Madrid. Staff was amazing without fawning over us. Hotel is very pretty and warm. Central location. Found out about it in a book called 1,000 places to see before you die and I can say it really is a once in a lifetime experience.

The hotel is one of two five star hotels is Seville. It was built in early 1900's in preparation for the Iberianexpo in 1929. It was named afer King Alfonso XIII who was the last king of Spain. The hotel is an architectural masterpiece with marble floors, high ceilings with intricate cornices, fabulous mosaic tile work. The walls in the bedroom were padded and covered with damask cloth. The bathroom was tiled in a moorish motif. The bedding was down (coverlet and pillows)and extreemly comfortable. Chocolates, strawberries and pinapple dipped in chocolate mysteriously appeared each night. Breakfast, for us, was included in the room rate. It was an elaborate buffet-beyond belief-everything from scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, baked tomatos, fresh omelets, champagne, fresh oj; four tables full of delicious food. The staff was helpful while not hovering. One night there was a party and a loud band playing under our window until 1:30 AM.Remembering that in Spain things don't get started until after ten o'clock helped but I still lost a half nights sleep. The pool was beautiful- The location was smack dab in the middle of ole Seville and a short distance to Triana, the April Feria, and bull ring.

Excellent location, service, friendly staff and a piece of the history in this hotel

Wonderful staff....very helpful in so many ways....service at lunch time in the courtyard...not very good...but it was so beautiful....

Estuvimos una noche y a la salida no había ningún transporte al aeropuerto por una maratón, entiendo q no es culpa del Hotel, pero ni siquiera supieron decir donde se podía ir. Simplemente dijeron q no tenían idea. Tuvimos q caminar 5 km con maletas
