this is a beautiful hotel! so many wonderful amenities. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful spacious room! The only issue is that they play pop music at breakfast. Some of it is banging rock music! Why!! we wanted a quiet and relaxing breakfast, but were so irritated, as were others, by their radio. We will not stay here again, only for this reason.

The place was okay but not great. In a very noisy area. I did not get the wine everyday, only the first day. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The room was nice although very noisy ( an older hotel with tiled floors so every chair scrape toilet flush and shower noise from above and adjacent rooms was amplified) the hotel was located centrally with plenty of bars and restaurants within an easy walk, we didn’t have breakfast ( it was offered for €16 )but found cafes near by for tomato on toast ( a local staple)

5 star hotel quality. The hotel is very cute and is located less than 10 minutes walking to the cathedral. Very central, has many restaurants nearby. Staffs were so kind and helpful. Our room was specious and clean. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel and staff. Room was clean and comfortable, and they left us a welcome amenity. Also very convenient to the historic areas. Only downside is there is a bar next door, so there can be some noise at night if you go to bed before midnight.

An extremely warm welcome at the hotel with great support to park the car using the hotel parking. This was very secure, convenient and good value compared to local car parks. The hotel staff offer a friendly and personal service doing everything they can to give you a great stay. The room was as booked, very clean and the location was perfect for seeing the sights on foot.

The room was immaculate and although next to the lift was really quiet. I was worrying about the street noise as it really in a central location but we were away from street. Staff were very courteous and happy to help if you needed anything. Room was very well equipped. Would definitely recommend to otgers and if we return to Seville (which we will) would return to same hotel.
