Your Bonita Springs adventure begins in this light and bright 3-bedroom condo. This excellent property features a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed, perfect for families or friends traveling together. You will enjoy the gated community of Hawthorne featuring amenities like Pickleball, Tennis, Pools and a fitness rooms. Xfinity WiFi and cable are included and allow guests to relax and stay connected. There is a large kitchen and open great room with separated master and guest bedrooms. All conveniences are included like washer and dryer in laundry room, coffee pot, pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is a garage with beach chairs and a place for your vehicle. We are sure you'll enjoy your stay at our condo. There are plenty of friendly people and activities to join in. You are only 6.5 miles to area beaches, only a few miles from Groceries and shopping and the Beautiful downtown Bonita Springs with Restaurants, bars, Kayaking, Parks and coffee house. You are only 7 minutes to Coconut Point Mall. This is a superb location only quiet and peaceful.
