The staff was off for Thanksgiving, had to bring my towels to the desk to get clean ones. Had to bring the TV remote to the desk in order to get new batteries. Put the tv on and couldn’t shut it off. Went to take a shower the water was cold and didn’t get hot. I had booked two rooms for two nights and had to shower in the other room. The front desk staff were were nice and accommodating.

Please note: This is not an ocean view hotel. You overlook the parking lot and other hotels. The room was adequate although the lighting at the sink was pathetic, at best—more like a night light. We were charged $3.00/night at the end of our stay for parking. Not sure what that was about since there was no security, etc. to justify the fee. This was not disclosed to us in advance. The breakfast was delicious and slightly different each morning. The staff was quite congenial and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was spotty, working most of the time, but not always. We will look for a different place to stay next time we come (we came for a concert at Arts Bonita which proved to be a terrific venue, so we're looking forward to coming back to the area for more shows).

Good place

Mostly a great stay, centrally located lot's of thing's to do and good places to eat close by, only thing that could have some improvement was the breakfast but overall a great place to stay, we will be back again.
