It is an average, old hotel, which is close to train station, within 10-15 minutes walking distance. We booked a double-bed room. The room was small.

This is a comfortable hotel located just 1 block from the central train station. It is close to buses, grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants. Hotel is designed for business conferences and gathering. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and high quality. It exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. I stayed on the 6th floor in a room for 3, and the size of the room and the bathroom are comfortable. Sound is muted with the double pane window. The hotel entrance looks 5 star, but it looks like a 3 star from 1/2 a block away. Lobby is large and grand, and the interior is very tastefully decorated. It's about a 15 min walk to the center or a 5 minute bus ride which stops close to the hotel. AC is good and the wireless is adequate.

First thing, the very condescending receptionist asked me for another type of documentation because my passport was about to expire (in two months), not even at the airports I had such requests. I asked for wi-fi but it was for a fee in the rooms so I stayed in the lobby because supposedly it was free, and it was but it did not work and they didn't know what was the problem, so I decided to pay the fee for internet at my room. I bought the 12 hours, which I forgot how much it was, it wasn't cheap, but I needed it so what the heck...I went to my room put the code in my laptop and one hour after my internet stopped working, it was around 1:00 am and I needed it to talk to my kids at home, so I called the front desk to explain the situation, and the person said it was his mistake, that he gave me a code for only one hour, and that I needed to go downstair because they did not have personnel to bring me the code to my room. I have to go in my pajamas to the front desk. The next morning to my surprise I did not have internet either and again I had to go down to get the code, because: "we cannot bring stuff to people's room all the time" his response!!! I wonder if I order room service I have to go down to the kitchen and made myself a sandwich!
