Great apartment

The apartment is super nice. Very comfortable and clean. The receptionist and the apartment owner is very helpful. The only downside is that there is no elevators. So if you are on the top floor you will have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. But, it is worth it because the apartment is great.

A beautiful stay

We stayed in one of Francesca’s lovely apartments for 3 nights. A great way to feel embedded with the locals rather than staying in a generic hotel room. The apartment was brilliantly located, well equipped, beautifully laid out and clean. Francesca was a fab host, we chatted daily and she gave plenty of advice on places to go and activities to do. If you’re staying in Bologna and want to immerse yourself in local life then this is a must.

Fantastic, quirky decoration. Netflix available in room. Brilliant, spotless kitchen and bathroom, with everything you would need for self catering. Great location close to centre and restaurants. Francesca was really helpful and would definitely advise you to take up her offer of booking recommended restaurants as they get really busy! Overall brilliant stay in Bologna.

Brilliant location, great apartment. The hosts organised some champagne and beers so they were ready as a surprise for my partner when we got there. Everything was excellent - thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great stay

Our stay was great. The apartment is beautiful and clean. The host was very nice and gave us a list of places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The location was very central and we walked everywhere from there without using a taxi.

お部屋はとってもかわいく、とても広く、すごく気に入りました。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思いました。 宿の入口はわかりにくいのでstreet viewで確認するといいかと思います。予約をすると宿の方からメールが来て、隣の雑貨やでチェックインするので来てねと言われたので、行くと、ちょうど店の前に立っていてくれて、スムーズに鍵引き渡しができました。 お部屋は広めのベットルームとキッチン、バスがありました。キッチンには一通りのキッチン用品・家電があり、自炊派でも問題ありません。コーヒーマシンも電子レンジもあります。 朝食ナシでしたが、宿の方のご厚意で、軽食とジュース・水を用意してくれていました。 ボローニャ駅から5分ぐらいで、宿から1本挟んだ通りには、お手頃な飲食店がたくさんありました。スーパーも近くにあります。どこに行くにも便利な場所です。 金曜日の朝は、宿近くの広場で、マーケットがでていて、かわいいイタリアの食器が1ユーロで買えてとても満足しました。
