The apartment is a large and bright three-room apartment on two levels. The entrance leads to the living area consisting of living room with sofa and access to the balcony overlooking the rooftops of Bologna and the church of the Servi, the kitchen and dining table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a queen bed on the lower floor, the other on the upper floor, a double room with an additional single bed. There are also two bathrooms complete with shower. The apartment was very comfortable, warm and a great place to come back to on a cold day. It’s a central location so barely needs the bus, there were plenty of food places nearby and our hosts made checking in easy. We appreciated the laundry in the building as well. A bonus was the Christmas Markets right across the road. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was perfect! The location was on a Main Street and very easy to access. Having never stayed in Bologna before, we were unsure of what neighborhood to stay in. Great area in town . You can walk to a grocery store in less than 10 min right on their street as well as the 2 towers. within 20 min at a leisurely stroll and onto a couple of other streets you will find the Piazza Majiorrie, Neptunes staute and other major tourist attractions. The reception staff were very helpful and helped me with finding a cabbie who came very early for for our pick up to the airport.
