"Great hotel! Classy styling, excellent location in the walkable and “cool” area of Springfield and very good service!!"
"My Father had a Handicap room it was spacious and the shower was great, he stayed in the King Suite with the open shower. It was on the third floor but right next to the elevator.
What we didn't like was only effected by the health laws for COVID, no breakfast bar. It was all pre-prepared items you have to warm-up, the helper for breakfast was very courteous and helpful. they have a few items like a waffle that she would make for you. I don't think my gripe is with the hotel, it's really just that COVID has definitely made its mark for awareness, they do give plenty of breakfast choices. The other observation was the COVID cleaning in the rooms, they clean it to kill all the germs and then put a sticker across the door opening to let you know, no entry has occurred since the cleaning.
This is a very clean hotel and the mattress was very comfortable. Definitely beats the other alternatives in the area.
