Very clean rooms and very friendly staff, we will stay there again
I loved the pool and I was able to swim twice during my stay. I loved my bed! I had a wonderful SLEEP!! I didn't like the way the continental breakfast was served. I don't agree with charging guests for a box breakfast. I didn't like that we couldn't have someone come to the room and take our used towels. I had spill on my bed and I had to change my own sheets. I didn't like that. The older gentlemen who checked my family in was not very nice.
I love staying at the Hilton Garden in Bolingbrook, IL! It is so clean and neat in there. I do have 2 issues, the remote for the tv didn't work well and the coffee and creamer were old and tasted that way. Besides that I is the best hotel to stay at in the Bolingbrook, IL area! YAY!! Ms. Robin
