The bed was comfortable and the room looked clean and up to date but unfortunately our stay was ruined by how loud the people in the neighboring room were. Not only were the people being very loud but there was no soundproofing/ insulation in the walls. You could here everything going on in the hallway and neighboring rooms. If you stay here hopefully other guests are respectful and aren’t making noise until 3:30am and start it all over again and start making a ridiculous amount of noise at 6am too.

I liked that they have a washer and dryer for the guests! I liked the variety of breakfast options! I wish they had bacon on one of the 4 days I was there! I had a nice time!

We had a handicap room and it was so narrow that we could hardly get around in it. There were no towel racks to hang any towels on. The bathroom floor when you used the shower was so slippery it was like ice. The shower hook was broken so you could not sit and take a shower. Can’t believe that was an approved handicapped room. The pool was freezing and has chunks missing in the bottom. There were no pool towels anywhere, which ended up no mattering since we didn’t get in the pool.

There was no working WI-Fi available and the hotel was in no great hurry to repair or replace their failing router. i could not connect to the internet. Otherwise , the facility and other services was OK. I won't go there again.

Good, inexpensive lodging within walking distance of two food and one sit-down restaurant. Overall I think Comfort Inns are a very good value, especially if traveling alone. My one issue is minor. I stayed at this hotel and another Comfort Inn in Downers Grove during this trip and both times I was given a room on the third floor. For some reason, Comfort Inn seems to believe that no one on the third floors will use ice. No ice machine at either but both had machines on the the second and first floors. Shouldn't need to use the stairs just to get ice IMO.

It was 2:57 pm when i try to check in but front desk clerk made me wait until 3 pm in order to check in due to their hotel policy. At the time of checking in i head my personal belonging and luggage and this clerk did not even bother to ask if i need any help but just simply said " you have to wait until 3 pm in order to check in because that is our hotel policy". I do recognize punctuality but if room which i booked was not ready by 2:57 i doubted that was fixed 3 minutes later. First impression with a front desk clerk not impressive.

Very nice quiet Staff very helpful Located right I. The middle of everything we were doing Highly recommend

The motel had great service , very clean and I slept like a baby in the bed.

Thank you for your review. We try very hard to make sure all of our guests enjoy their stay. Occasionally a group forgets about their neighbors. Please always let our front desk know of any issues and we are more than happy to solve anything if we know a guest's sleep is being disturbed. Again, I apologize and hope that you will visit us again.
