Welcoming checkin staff. Large comfortable room. Nice bed and pillows are great. Convenient to a large selection of restaurants. A little out of town but no real issues. A little pricey but perhaps there was a special event in town as many other spots had no availability

We stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament and they staff was extremely accommodating! They had a brown bag breakfast for our players when they had a game before breakfast and made sure there was good left when we returned. Beverly and Sharon made sure our boys had plenty of food. The front desk staff helped with everything we asked! Even when our boys were wild, they handled it in a professional way! Definitely recommend this hotel!

We chose to stay at this hotel based on the positive Tripadvisor reviews and we weren't disappointed. The overall look of the hotel is really nice with a large staircase winding up the side of the lobby and a gas fireplace with bookshelves/books and comfortable chairs on both the lobby floor as well as the 2nd floor. The pool was larger than many other hotels and the hot tub worked great for relaxing sore muscles after the drive. Our room was a 2 queen suite on the 2nd floor and I absolutely loved the layout with the room being a longer room with a very open living room space with a couch/chairs and small table and the bathroom was quite spacious with a large shower that didn't cause me to duck due to low shower heads (THANK YOU!!!). The bathroom was stocked with all the necessities. The bedroom space was very comfortable with a wonderful view looking out over a grassy pasture area with horses in the distance and a mountain view. Quite nice. The beds were unbelievably comfortable with a selection of medium and soft pillows all marked on the covers. The TV had hundreds of stations with many sports stations. The room was clean and the décor was in earthy neutral colors that were easy on the eyes and very comfortable. There was a large closet space with plenty of room for all our belongings. Our room had a mini fridge which was a little larger than most I've seen, a microwave and some counter space. Absolutely no complaints at all on the room. The hallways were clean and wider than other places I have stayed giving it a more open feel. The breakfast in the morning was a typical hot breakfast and very tasty and greatly appreciated. There were a lot of seating options and it didn't feel that we were crammed into a small room like other places. the kitchen staff were so friendly and appreciated. There are a lot of positive reviews on TA about the treatment by staff. My experience was ok but not exceptional. It was a very busy night at the hotel and the nigh clerk checking us in was friendly but stressed and it showed in some frazzled comments. The morning clerk was all business and serious and didn't ask us about our stay or express appreciation for staying there, again probably distracted and busy but in this case I would have raved about the place to her if asked. Overall they both were doing a great job with no complaint about competency, they were both fantastic. But a smile or some brief small talk can sometimes be appreciated. If I am ever in the Boise area again I wouldn't hesitate at all to stay at this place and simply can't express enough how near perfect this stay was. One of the best hotel experiences I've had in a while.

The management and staff of this quiet Hotel took such incredible care of us during our three days of business meetings. The rooms are clean and modern, the entire facility is exceptionally clean, and there are plenty of great food choices within a $5 Uber ride.

We stayed here one night and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The room was quite large and spacious, a great space for our small family. The staff was great, the gentleman working the late afternoon/evening shift was very helpful and cheery. He gave us a great dinner recommendation for the nearby family Mexican restaurant that we quite enjoyed.

We try to stay here as often as we can. Good parking for semi drivers, nice location near several good restaurants and the rooms are modern and super clean. We enjoy this location very much and try to stay here when they have availability.

I'm not sure at what point our society decided that it is OK to pay $100 + per night for what is usually a 12 hour stay and the use of a bed, TV and toilet, maybe a pool and a nice, but simple breakfast... but that being said, this is a nice, new, very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are friendly and we slept well. I could never justify the cost if I wasn't here on business but thats probably what these pricier hotels count on.

Stayed just one night en route to another destination. The room was clean and bed comfortable, but the layout for a single King was strange. There was a partial wall located very close to the bed so the room seemed quite tiny. The bed was right against the a/c unit, which was very loud and blew right onto us during the night - so we kept waking up to turn it off, then waking up because the room was stuffy. The layout would make sense for a double queen setup, but seemed awkward and cramped. Everything was clean and staff was nice - but they charged $25 more than the listed price and we were in a hurry in the morning and I didn't want to wait for a manager to make the adjustment. The clerk who checked us in at night didn't confirm the rate and when I caught it said she wasn't authorized to adjust it and we would have to come back in the morning and speak to someone. So just a reminder to double check even if you booked in advance.

Very friendly staff. Clean room. Large breakfast room setup usable for business in off hours. Seems right on Interstate but requires a little bit of maneuvering to get there. No walking to anything like resturants.

We thought we had a reservation but did not. The staff member searched all over the city to be sure we didn't have a reservation someplace else and would be charged for no-show. Way above and beyond what he was required to do. Wish I remembered his name! That goof-up, probably on our part, didn't stop him from finding us a perfect room. My spouse has a disability and they found us a room that was far beyond our expectations at the rate we had been quoted when we made our "reservation." Not only was the bed comfortable, there was a nice sitting area for reading and relaxing. We'd go out of our way to stop there again!
